次世代育成支援行動計画
Next-Generation Development Support Action Plan

天晴グループでは、次世代育成支援対策推進法に基づき、子育てをしながら働き続けやすい環境を整備していきます。全ての社員がその能力を十分に発揮できるようにするため、次のように行動計画を策定しています。

Tensei Group will create an environment that makes it easy to continue working while raising children, based on the "Act on Promotion of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children". We have formulated the following action plan so that all employees can fully demonstrate their abilities.

1.計画期間

2021年(令和3年)4月1日~2025年(令和7年)3月31日までの4年間

1.Planning period

4 years from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2025

2.取り組み内容

以下の目標を掲げて、子育てをしながら仕事で活躍できる職場環境の実現、社員の意識改革の推進に取り組んでいます。

目標1

育児休業や、時間外労働・深夜業の制限、雇用保険法に基づく産前産後休業などの諸制度の周知を図る

従来実施している次の取り組みを継続、同時に社員に制度の周知を行う。

● 育児休業、介護休業制度を導入済

● 子の看護休暇制度、介護休暇制度を導入済

  ―家族1人につき年間5日、2人以上の場合、年間10日

● 時間有休制度(有給休暇の半日単位での取得)を導入済

● 委員会(社員満足委員会)主導の働き方改革による時間外労働・深夜業の低減

目標2

年次有給休暇の取得の促進

委員会(社員満足社内)主導で次の取り組みを継続し、促進を行う。

● リフレッシュ休暇制度を導入済

  ―勤続年数満10年毎に、連続した5日間の有給休暇取得の奨励

● よく働きよく遊ぶ休暇の導入済

  ―半期毎に、皆勤者への2日間の有給休暇取得の奨励

2.Details of efforts

With the following goals, we are working on to achieve a work environment where employees can play an active role while raising children and to promote employee awareness reforms.

Goal 1

Disseminate various systems such as childcare leave, restrictions on overtime and late night work, and prenatal and postnatal leave based on the Employment Insurance Act.

We will continue the following initiatives that we have been implementing in the past, and at the same time inform our employees of the system.

● Childcare leave and nursing care leave system have been introduced

● Nursing leave system for children and nursing leave system have been introduced

  ―5 days a year for one family member, 10 days a year for 2 or more people

● Introduced an hourly paid leave system (taken in half-day units of paid leave)

● Reduction of overtime and late night work through work style reform led by the committee
(Employee Satisfaction Committee)

Goal 2

Promotion of taking annual paid leave.

The committee (in-house employee satisfaction) will take the initiative to continue and promote the following initiatives.

● Introduced "Refresh Leave System"

  ―Encouragement to take five consecutive days of paid leave every 10 years of service

● Introduced "Vacation to Work hard and Play well"

  ―Encourage perfect attendants to take two days of paid leave every six months
